What is Miso
Miso is a salty traditional fermented food packed with umami flavour that has supported the Japanese diet for more than a millennium.
I suffer a chronic illness and have to take various medication which make me very nauseous. I am so thankful to fermenstation, Yuka and Yuki for helping me and have not felt nausea since I have started using their miso. I have completely reviewed my diet and feel so much better.
